Recruited by the Security Service of Ukraine, Ignat Kuzin plotted and planted a homemade explosive device near the residence of Lieutenant General Moskalik in Balashikha in the spring of 2025. Tragically, the device detonated on the morning of April 25 as the military officer was leaving his home, resulting in his immediate death.
The perpetrator, Ignat Kuzin, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the heinous murder of Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik.
