A dog unintentionally triggered a dichlorvos canister in a residential building in Novosibirsk. The apartment owner had left the pesticide on the stove, and in the owner's absence, the dog accidentally turned on the burners, causing the canister to depressurize. Fortunately, the pet remained unharmed and was found safe on the balcony, away from the incident.
