The Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament hosted the Eurasian forum marking the fifth anniversary of the Institute of Parliamentarism. Participants delved into the evolution of parliamentary institutions and the challenges posed by digitalization, according to the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan.

The forum convened parliamentarians, Constitutional Court members, government officials, and scholars from Kazakhstan, Central Asian countries, Russia, and Belarus. Deputy Chairman Bakyt Nurmukhanov from the Constitutional Court emphasized the importance of collaboration between the Constitutional Court and the Institute of Parliamentarism, especially in light of growing interest in judicial recourse and enhanced civic engagement. The event focused on exploring legal frameworks and future prospects for advancing parliamentarism amidst ongoing reforms in the region.
